Your rights as a consumer

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e. g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). Please address your statement to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

3. Special Notes on Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

a) expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and

b) confirmed their awareness that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.

In this case you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please note, however, our voluntary guarantee set out below.

4. Voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if our guide does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — straightforwardly and without further explanation.

6. Refund Process

To obtain a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line „Withdrawal“ or „Refund“.
  2. State your full name and the date of purchase so that we can identify your order.
  3. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal within 3 business days.
  4. The refund will be issued within 14 days to the original means of payment.
